What was the challenge you were facing?
We are a small team and we needed something that would work across every different email client if possible. We also have customers complaining about our old email templates specifically not working well on Outlook.
We tried several different fixes but none of them worked until we started using your templates! Our product is also very email focused in that it’s one of the primary ways that customers consume the data that our app generates. We notify you when your company, brand, start up, or whatever is mentioned on Reddit and many other platforms.
How did HTML Email templates help solve this problem?
We used the HTML email templates and just plugged in the Django variables and our new alert emails came out looking great and working across as far as we know all email platforms!
What were the results?
As far as actual development time it probably took an hour or two to implement the templates. It was super easy to use!
The results were that our customer who was having a problem with Outlook said the emails looked perfect now!!
